  • Define main method.
  • Declare and initialize the variables “values” and “count”.
  • Define the “Scanner” object “obj” for input.
  • Using “do…while” loop, prompt the user for new score.
  • Calculate the average value using “Stream” class.
  • Calculate the number of above average value and number of below average value.
  • Print the results on screen.
