Program Plan:

• Import necessary packages into program.
• Define the class named “Main”.
  • Define main method.
  • Define the “Scanner” object “obj” for input.
  • Define the array list object “val” for integer values.
  • Prompt the user for numbers and get the values.
  • Using “while” loop, validate the user input.
    • Get the values from user.
  • Count the occurrence of numbers using “Stream” class and print the result.
