Introduction:

The fatty acids can be defined as the carboxylic acids comprised of hydrocarbon chain with carboxylgroup at the terminal end. These fatty acids are found abundantly in the oils and the fats. Depending ontheir structure, they can be classified as trans-fat or cis fats.
