Introduction:

Nutrition is the basis of all life activities, and it is taken care of by the process called metabolism. In metabolism, the raw materials are taken up, and the digestive process takes place by breaking down the large molecules into small biomolecules. These small biomolecules are further absorbed by the intestinal cells, and the energy to all living things is provided. Proteins are made up of amino acid, and it is a body-building component. All the 20 amino acids are needed by the body for proper functioning of our body. Proteins are obtained from plants and animal origins.
