Survivorship curve is a curve used to showing the number of individuals surviving at each age group in a particular population of a geographical area. On the survivorship curve, the number of individuals surviving to any age is plotted on the Y-axis, and their age is plotted on the X-axis. Survivorship curve can be drawn in two possible configurations; concave survivorship curve, and convex survivorship curve.
