Milk is a nutrition rich diet. The milk is produced by the mammals; the specialized mammary glands of the mammals are involved with the production of milk. For the commercial purpose milk is extracted from some domestic animals such as cow.
To determine:
Whether pasteurization process removes or reduces the microbes, enzymes, and chemicals from the raw milk, while these substances are beneficial for health.
Concept introduction:
Pasteurization is the process which involves the heat treatment that is used to treat the raw milk. High temperature is given to the milk for a certain time period. This process kills microbes, harmful bacteria, and moulds. This process increases the “shelf life” of the pasteurized product.
