The role of mRNA, tRNA, and rRNA in gene expression
Introduction:
Gene expression can be defined as coding of information present on genes into functional protein products or RNA structures in a cell. It involves two major steps transcription, generating mRNA needed for the second step, translation which generates proteins encoded by information on the mRNAs. The tRNA are the carriers of amino acids which bring in assigned amino acids to the mRNA held by ribosome made of rRNA during the process of translation.
