Summary Introduction

The person’s pulse, blood pressure, temperature and respiratory are called as vital signs. In hospitalized patient, the noninvasive measurement and pulse oximetry are also included in the vital signs measurement. The nurse assess the vital signs and measure findings with approved common values and the usual patterns of the patient in a larger variety of instance. If the condition of the patient need vital signs then the nurse need to  assess, adapting assessment and prioritizing of the vital signs to mention the unique situation of the patient
