The triglycerides are the most common and familiar lipids, which are composed of one glycerol molecule and three fatty acids molecules. The lipids are generally termed as fats (produce from animal source) and oils (produced from plant source). Lipids are included in the diet to provide energy and are present as the protective layer around many vital organs.
