To discuss:

The defining sign of diabetes in general; four forms of diabetes and their causes.

Introduction:

In a day, a regular healthy adult passes 1 to 2 liters of urine. When urine excreted out is more than 2 liters, it can lead to polyuria or diuresis. Uptake of some drugs or fluids can also make an adult to pass 20 liters per day. The patients with diabetes also have polyuria called as oliguria. In the medical examination, urinalysis is the most important analysis, as it examines both the chemical and physical nature of the urine.
