Summary Introduction

To write:

The use or application of Thermal Death Time

Introduction:

Thermal death time is the calculation of the time it takes to kill a particular bacterium at a definite temperature. It was originally acquired for food canning and has observed applications in cosmetics. The nature of thermal death changes depending on the source of heat. Thermal death also includes the destruction of the membrane enclosing microorganisms such as bacteria.

High temperatures will also destroy nucleic acids of the target microorganism. Thermal death may be related to time. The second aspect or measurement of thermal death is called the thermal death point.
