Introduction:
The cardiovascular system helps in the flow of the blood via capillaries to allow the capillary exchange, that is, the exchange of substances or materials between the interstitial fluid and the blood. The materials enter as well as leave the capillaries through three mechanisms, namely transcytosis, diffusion, and bulk flow.
