Introduction:
A phylogenetic tree is used to show to the history of the evolution of species, genes, and populations. It is based on the biochemical attributes, physical structures, and behavior of genes. Nowadays, genomes of many organisms are available, so biologists are able to construct detailed phylogenetic trees.
