The microbial toxins are the chemical compounds which are produced by microorganisms. The bacterial cells produce two different types of toxins, namely-endotoxins, and exotoxins. The endotoxins are part of the cell wall of Gram-negative bacteria and the exotoxins are produced by both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
