The reasons for difficulty in producing antiviral medicines.

Introduction:

A virus is an agent, which causes infections. It can grow and replicate only when it is inside the living organism. They have nucleic acid, which can be either DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) or RNA (ribonucleic acid) and a protein coat. Viruses can infect a variety of hosts ranging from bacteria to humans. The ineffective form of the virus is referred to as the virion. The antiviral medications or antivirals are the drugs, which inhibit the growth of viruses or kill them by various mechanisms.
