Summary Introduction

Introduction:

The immune system can be defined as the organs and body processes that resist the infection and toxins. This system includes the organs such as bone marrow, thymus, and lymph nodes. Helper T cells are the most significant cells in adaptive immunity. These are needed for about all the adaptive immune responses. These cells aid in the activation of B-cells to release the antibodies and macrophages to destroy the consumed microbes. In addition, they help in the activation of cytotoxic T-cells to destroy the infected target cells.
