Chapter 2, Problem 26E
Program Plan Intro

Binary numbers:

  • Binary numbers are the numbers that can be represented in two digits 0 or 1.
  • Each digit that is 0 or 1 in a binary number system is also known as bits.
  • As it contains 2 digits, the base value of binary system is 2.

Decimal numbers:

  • A decimal system consists of numbers from 0 to 9.
  • Using a sequence of one or more digits, a decimal number can be represented.
  • As it contains 10 digits, the base value of a decimal number system is 10.

Octal numbers:

  • An octal number system consists of numbers from 0 to 7.
  • A machine code generally contains binary digits that can be represented in bits and are very large to handle in operating system.
  • As it contains 8 binary digits, base value of an octal number system is 8.
  • By grouping consecutive binary digits into three groups starting from the right, octal numbers can be made from binary numbers.

Considering the TM example of binary sum ( see attached)do the step-by-step of execution for the binary numbers 1101 and 11. Feel free to use the Formal Language Editor Tool to execute it; Write it down the current state of the tape (including the head position) and indicate the current state of the TM at each step.
I need help on inculding additonal code where I can can do the opposite code of MatLab, where the function of t that I enter becomes the result of F(t), in other words, turning the time-domain f(t) into the frequency-domain function F(s):
