4. For the system shown in the adjacent figure, the gas in the
piston/cylinder is at equilibrium initially at 180°C and the
surroundings are at 20°C. Because the cylinder is thermally
conductive, as the gas exchanges heat with the surrounding it
cools down, and finally equilibrates with the surrounding
