GPA Calculator
Students are concerned about their GPA. They need to calculate it accurately every
semester to monitor their progress. Develop a GPA calculator that follows the AOU
regulations (AOU-OU Grade Scale) using C# programming language. The application asks the
student to enter his numeric grade of each course and the course's credit hours.
Accordingly, the application calculates the student's GPA after converting the numeric
grade to letter grade. The GPA calculation should produce floating-point results. Display
the results rounded to the nearest hundredth. You should store the letter grades of all
student's courses in an array. The final grade of the student should be also calculated.
Sample I/O
Enter the course grade (-1 to end): 93
Enter the course credit hours: 3
Enter the course grade (-1 to end): 74

- 20. Random Number Guessing GameWrite a program that generates a random number in the range of 1 through 100, and asks the user to guess what the number is. If the user’s guess is higher than the random number, the program should display “Too high, try again.” If the user’s guess is lower than the random number, the program should display “Too low, try again.” If the user guesses the number, the application should congratulate the user and generate a new random number so the game can start over.Optional Enhancement: Enhance the game so it keeps count of the number of guesses that the user makes. When the user correctly guesses the random number, the program should display the number of guesses. To calculate your taxes owed, you take the wages and subtract the standard deductions. This gives you your adjusted gross income (AGI). 2. Calculate the tax refund or taxes owed. You then use the tables below with the AGI to calculate the taxes. If the taxes are greater then what was paid, you owe taxes. If the taxes were less, you get a refund. If the user wants to grow trwo types of vegetables, then specify the portion,as a percentage, of the farm land used for each type of vegetable. Enter the seed cost, plantation cose, fertilizing cost, labor cost, for each acre. Enter vegetable selling price per acre. Output the total revenue. Output the profit/loss.arrow_forward
- Population Tracker Learning Objective: Using Python Repetition and Loop Statements Problem Description Write a Python program (Console and GUI) that predicts the approximate size of a population of organisms. The application should use text boxes to allow the user to enter the following information: starting number of organisms, the average daily population increase (as a percentage), and the number of days the organisms will be left to multiply. For example, assume the user enters the following values: Starting number of organisms: 2 Average daily increase: 30% Number of days to multiply: 10 The program should display the following table of dataarrow_forwardTime CalculatorWrite a program that asks the user to enter a number of seconds.-There are 60 seconds in a minute. If the number of seconds entered by the user is greater than or equal to 60, the program should display the number of minutes and leftover seconds in that many seconds.-There are 3,600 seconds in an hour. If the number of seconds entered by the user is greater than or equal to 3,600, the program should display the number of hours, minutes, and leftover seconds in that many seconds.-There are 86,400 seconds in a day. The program should allow them to enter the name of the rental, the number of months the rental will be used, the cost per a single month and the total budget allowed to rent. There should be a button that will then calculate the total cost of the rental, as well as output the name, number of months, individual cost and total cost of the rental each in their own label. In addition, there should be a label that lets the user know if the rental would be over or under the budget entered. The number of months will need to be entered as a number between 0 and 13. If they enter a number outside of that range, when the calculation button is clicked a label should show up letting the user know the number of months entered was not in the correct range. A similar check should be performed for the individual cost and budget, one that ensures a number…arrow_forwardProblem Statement for Stock Transaction Program George uses the services of a brokerage firm to buy and sell stocks. Each time he buys or sells a block of stocks, he must pay the brokerage firm a commission of 1.5% per share.Design a program that allows George to enter the number of shares in the block, the price per share when he bought the block and the price per share when he sold the block. The program should display the amount of money he paid to buy the stock and the amount of the commission. The amount of money he made when he sold the stock and the amount of the commission, the amount of profit (or loss) he madeafter paying for the purchase cost and both commissions. There are three user inputs for this problem: the number of shares in the block, the price per share when the block was bought, the price per share when the block was sold.
