Introduction:
The immune system is a complex arrangement in which the antigen and antibody play an important role to preserve the host. In adaptive cellular immune system, T lymphocytes involve in the production of antibodies by cell signaling molecules like the cytokine signaling. T helper cells in addition with the precursor cytotoxic T cells initiate the cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and provide the cellular immune response against the antigens.
