Endurance running is also known as long-distance running, is a continuous running at a certain pace for a distance around 3 kilometers.

Explanation of Solution

Cheetah’s are the fastest animal on earth. But if it is on the basis of endurance than humans would top it. Humans are the legends when it comes to endurance running. This is only because of our sweat. We can run and cool ourselves at the same time because our body consist of 2-4 million glands.

Conclusion

Thus, human is more efficient in endurance running than Cheetah or leopard.
