Arterioles experience variable resistance due to the presence of vascular smooth muscles. The contraction and relaxation of these muscles alter the diameter of arterioles.

To determine: The change in net filtration rate due to a change in pressure from line A to B along with its justification.
Introduction: The mass movement of fluid is known as bulk flow. If the movement of fluid is into the capillary, then it would be called absorption. On the contrary, if the movement of fluid is out of the capillary, then it would be called filtration.
