Explanation of Solution

The ideal gas law gives a relationship, between number of moles pressure volume and, temperature.

The formula of ideal gas equation is given below.

PV=nRT …(1)

The above equation is rewritten as follows.

n=PV/RT

Where,

n is the number of moles of a gas.

P is the pressure of the gas.

V is the volume of the gas.

R is the gas constant.

T is the temperature.

Therefore, the four quantities which are related to the concept of a mole of gas are mass of the gas; number of gaseous particles; volume of a gas and molar concentration of gas particles.

Conclusion

The major quantities in relation to a mole of gas are mass of gas; number of gaseous particles; volume of gas at STP; and the molar concentration of a solution.
