Introduction:

An exercise is a bodily activity that maintains the physical fitness of the body. The exercise falls into four categories that are endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. The demand for oxygen and energy varies in these four different categories. The blood flow is also regulated to maintain the oxygen level in the tissues.
