Introduction:

The process of nitrogen fixation is seen in many organisms. This process includes the conversion of inorganic nitrogen atoms into their organic form, which is ammonia. This conversion is important because the inorganic form is relatively inert and does not react with other molecules. Ammonia, on the other hand, is capable of reacting with other molecules and can take part in metabolic pathways.
