Ductility, elastic rigidity, plasticity, stress, hardness, toughness, viscoelasticity, and viscosity depend on hardness. There are three primary kinds of hardness are scratch, indent, and rebound. Scratch hardness is the measure of how durable a sample subjected to friction or subjected to continuous plastic deformation.
