Introduction:
If histone protein makes complexes with eukaryotic DNA, it leads to form nucleosome assembly. Nucleosomes are contributing to the stability and packaging of DNA. During replication, the structure of histone protein disrupted by the replication fork, however, in a short time duration nucleosomes reassembled on the newly synthesized strands of DNA.
