H's motivational theory revolves around two main factors; hygiene factors and motivators. Hygiene factors focus upon preventing employees from getting dissatisfied, however it doesn't motivate employees. Whereas motivators focus on increasing the motivation levels of the employees. H motivation factors and hygiene factors therefore in unison needs to be achieved to ensure there is no dissatisfaction within employees.
