Introduction:

Phaeophyta is a brown algae placed in a kingdom stamenopila. They have two flagella in which one is whip-like and another is hairy. These brown algae have several pigments like chlorophylls a and c (green), carotenes (red), xanthophylls (brown).based on the pigment proportions. The appearance of brown algae varies. The majority of the marine organisms is brown algae.
