Introduction:
Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is defined as a molecule which contains the instructions of the organism to develop, live as well reproduce. For the first time, Frederich Miescher in 1869 observed the DNA. Later in 1953, James Watson, Francis Crick, Maurice Wilkins and Rosalind Franklin find out the structure of DNA, the double helical nature. Robert Holley was the first to find out the structure of tRNA. In 1955, Francis Crick proposed adapter hypothesis to explain the structure which carry the amino acids and arrange them in an order in relation to the base sequence in the mRNA.
