The reason for the thickness of arteries’ wall to that of corresponding veins.

Introduction:

The artery, veins, and the capillaries are the three classes of the blood vessels, which supply blood throughout the body. The arteries carry the oxygenated form of blood away from the heart (except the pulmonary artery) and the veins carry the deoxygenated form of the blood toward the heart (except the pulmonary vein). Capillary are the small blood vessels that carry blood between the arterioles and venules.
