“Yes”, I have worked with the Business Intelligence software. The business intelligence includes the applications, infrastructure and tools that can be accessible, identifies the information regarding for the business improvement, and optimizes decision. Business Intelligence is used mainly during project management.

Tools used:
The business process tool, which I have used is “Looker”. It is a cloud-based business intelligence platform which is designed to analyze the data. It helps to grasp and analyze data form multiple sources which to take the decisions effectively.

Level of proficiency:
The level of proficiency towards the usage of the tools is at beginner level. As I have used this tool only for analyzing the data. This analysis of data is used for making the decisions.

- Evaluating distribution process
This type of analysis and evaluating the data helps in generating the report which will enable to explore various relationships between different data sets.
