Introduction
Signal transduction can be explained as a process, through which stimuli from outside the cell is converted and amplified as a response. This process mostly involves a pathway or a sequence of molecular events. A signal is said to be transduced when the physical form of the signal is changed from when it is outside the cell and when it reaches within the cell.
