Chapter 10.4, Problem 17BYGO
Summary Introduction
Introduction:
The muscular system occupies half of a human’s weight and plays important role in regulation of posture, contraction, movement of internal organs, force, and motion. Muscles are classified into three major groups namely skeletal, cardiac, and smooth muscles. The main functions of muscles are movement, stability, control of body openings and passages, heat production, and glycemic control.
