Calculation:
Let the population be: 1,4,7,4,8,1,10,2,4,7,8,9,3,5
Two random samples be {1,4,5,2} and {2,4,7,8 } .
Mean of 1st sample=3 and standard deviation=1.58
Mean of 2nd sample=5.25 and standard deviation=2.23
If the sample are having same values, only then mean and standard deviation is equal.
This shows that samples sometimes have same mean and standard deviation
