1. Keeping up the Brand Honest Tea: Honest tea has a very interesting story, including major setbacks and achievements for the company. It is the success of this company that company was acquired by Coca-Cola, a big giant in the market. Thus, as a CEO of company it is the responsibility of Mr. Seth to carry on and take the brand they hold now, as a partner of Coca-Cola to the heights.
2. Concern for the environment: This is something Mr. Goldman is well known for. During many of his interview, he earlier pointed it out that the company shall try to keep environment as safe as possible from the operations of the company. Thus, it is a great responsibility that lies on the shoulders of Mr. Goldman, to be able to keep their promises. Not only this they also have to consistent in providing quality drinks over the time.
3. Fair Trade: Well this is something Honest tea have been awarded. As a CEO of the company it is the responsibility of Mr. Goldman to continue to spirit of Honesty in building products.
