The velocity of a vehicle is measured at two distinct points in time as shown in Fig. P1.10. The velocity satisfies the relationship $v\left(r\right)=v_0+at$, where $v_0$ is the initial velocity in m/s and a is the acceleration in m/s.

(a) Find the equation of the line v(r), and determine both the initial velocity V₀ and the acceleration a.

(b) Sketch the graph of the line v(t), and clearly label the initial velocity, the acceleration, and the total stopping time on the graph.
