Ibn Battuta was a traveler, explorer and Geographer famous for travelling across Asia and Africa. He compiled his experiences of travelling in a book called The Rihla. He crossed the Muslim world for over thirty years, covering the Iberian peninsula, Afro-Eurasia, South Asia, Central Asia, China, and Southeast Asia.
