THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IM POSTING THIS QUESTION! I'm trying to figure out how to calculate WITHOUT using computer (its not allowed during exam). I need to do what they ask me to do without computer. So please, dont answear this question with a plot from Excel or just some MM equations without any grapgh showing the work.

There is actually something im confused about, when you calculating V0 for S0=200uM --> V = 0.48*200/ 2.42 + 1
Why are you only using the S0 value=200uM one place in the equation and then using the S0 value from given data the second place in the equation?
Shouldnt S0 be 200 uM both places in the equation?

I understand everything you did, but I have one question.
Some experts says that km can be calculated by saying Vmax from date divided by 2 and then they find Km by going down on x-axis on the graph. But, you used the MM equation, to solve for Km. Is both method the same? Or is one of them more precise than the other?
