The market supply of labour is going to the businesses that can afford to pay healthy wages. This means that not only the demand is high from March of Dimes but also their supply is low. This is why they hire unskilled workers and turn them into skilled workers. The transformation from unskilled to skilled will be the answer to providing a competitive edge in the PSW industry.
