• Measure about 4 tablespoons of vinegar into the plastic cup.
• Tell students to record the temperature of the vinegar in the plastic cup
• Add 2 teaspoons of baking soda and stir.
• Tell students to record the temperature of the mixture.
• Let students touch the cup.
