Specific Task
Performed
Ma'am Joy
teaches me how
to use the system
they are using in
the company.
Arrange for a
copy of the
request forms for
the months of
April and May.
Assisted ma'am
Juliet in
purchasing a soft
broom.
Check, verify,
and count the
supplies that
were delivered
yesterday.
Prepare the
request of the
Billing
department and
medical records
Do a physical
count of the
supplies that are
lacking in
number.
Assist in the
preparation of
supply requests
for other
departments and
assist in the
distribution of
supplies.
Problems
Encountered
WEEK 11
Some of the supplies
requested by the
laundry department
are not yet accounted
for in the system.
They are asking for
items that are now
unavailable in the
supply.
There are certain
goods for which we
are unfamiliar with
the account name.
As a result of the
existence of an error,
we are unable to
fulfill the request,
and in addition, we
are unable to identify
the origin of the
request either.
Solutions Applied
I immediately
informed them
about the situation
and asked them to
wait until ma'am
Joy properly
accounted for the
supplies.
On the back side of
the bond paper We
just put the name of
the supply, and if
we have any
questions, we
consult the
inventory
specialist.
For us to fulfill the
request, we wait for
a call from the
department that
asked for it
Summary report:
Learning Outcomes
I learned the basics of how
to use the system, and I
exercised my
communication skills by
answering phone calls. I
also understand the process
before purchasing supplies.
I learned that dispensing
supplies requires proper
measures before giving
them to every department to
avoid problems with
inventorying the supplies.
In order to prevent
difficulties with the
inventory system, I learned
that while performing
inventory, we should always
put the correct and accurate
amount of the supply that is
available. Additionally, we
should always verify the
name of the item and not
simply guess at it.
To avoid having an
extensive list of tasks to
complete, I discovered that
it is essential to get the
request ready in advance.

WEEK 12
Specific Task
Performed
Assisting the
employee in
signing the
receiving logbook
before getting
supplies
Help prepare and
distribute supplies
across the various
departments using
your expertise.
Contribute to the
monitoring of the
inventory in
addition to the
distribution of
supplies to the
various
departments in the
company.
Problems
Encountered
They failed to
record some
of the crucial
information in
receiving
logbook.
Solutions Applied
In order for us to
maintain vigilance
over the destination
of the supplies, I
make it a point to
inquire about the
information in the
blank prior to their
departure.
Summary report:
Learning Outcomes
It was explained to me
that everything should
be written down in the
receiving logbook so that
it is possible to track
where the supplies come
from and who is
responsible for getting
them.
I was able to gain basic
knowledge about the
preparation process.
as well as coordinating
supply distribution.
It is recommended to
carry out a monthly
inventory count of
supplies either at the
beginning of the month
or at the very end of the
month in order to
monitor the level of
inventory depletion.
