King Leopold II was born in 1835 in Belgium and was the son of Leopold I. He was born as the Louise of Orléans. He came to power in 1865. He rule for nearly 44 years which made him the monarch who ruled Belgian for the highest period of time. He died in 1909. He was autocratic ruler.
