A virtual team is a group of individuals who work together from different geographic locations and rely on communication technology such as email and video or voice conferencing services in order to collaborate.

Plan our time () A weekly standup occurs every Friday. The team discusses and assigns each team member a section of what needs to be done, from constructing this social contract to what part they will play in gathering content/information for the second group assignment. The team member then acknowledges and agrees on the assigned task and time duration to complete it in. The accomplished or yet-to-be accomplished tasks are then recounted every standup and revisions are made in accordance to the team's discretion.
Allocate assignments and resources throughout project () Each team member will be assigned several tasks throughout the group project. These tasks are accepted by the member and a verbal agreement is made between the entire team as to what tasks need to be completed and by whom. Each task that is assigned will be completed by the next standup meeting, which occurs every Friday. Team members utilize the Internet, Google Docs to collaborate, and Discord to communicate frequently to team members, if support is requested
