Spontaneous changes in the DNA nucleotides sequences is called muttai. it is of many times such as point mutation in which one nucleotide is substituted by the other.
Insertion and deletion which are addition and removal of one nucleotide from the DNA sequences resulting in the frameshift mutation.
Non Synonyms mutation results from the change in one nucleotide resulting in the change in one amino acid of the protein formed and synonymous mutation does not change the amino acid formed after the mutation.
Nonsense mutation results in a stop codon introduced as a result of mutation in the middle of the protein as a result smaller truncated version of the protein is produced.
Finally there are read through mutations in which the stop codon is converted into a working codon and a very long protein is produced.
