out a titration usinga solution of hydrochloric acid that had a concentration ofo.os mol/dm.
The student used a measuring eylinder to measure out 25 cm' of the calcium hydroxide solution
into a conical flask and then added1 cm'of phenolphthalein indicator, The hydrochloric acid
was put into a burette and then added to the calcum hydroside solution in the conical flask until
the colour of the indicator just changed. The initial and final readings on the burette are shown
below.
