When this occurs, the result can be more beneficial to the team as well as the organization. When this type of analysis is not performed, the results can often times be catastrophic. When a company is comprehensive with its decision-making, all interest is considered and the endurance of the company will lengthen (Ferrell, Fraedrich, Ferrell, 2017).  Part 2: Teleology, Egoism, Utilitarianism, Deontology, Relativist, Virtue ethics and Justice are the philosophies used in the read section. Moral philosophies pertain to the branch of learning that deals with the nature of morality and the theories that are used to arrive at decisions about what one ought to do and why (Brooks, 2011). Teleology is an actin that is considered morally right or acceptable if the results are desired and does not harm others. Egoism is based on an individual that makes decisions that are in their best interest. This can vary by each person because what each person feels important about is different. Utilitarians are concerned with good for everyone. Deontologist care about others rights and about ensuring that everyone is happy with the decisions.  The list continues on, but there is a common theme. Each philosophy is working toward achieving a goal that will have some impact on others. Regardless of any decision we make, others will be impacted by those decisions. When discussing moral philosophies it differs for each individual. Everyone that makes a decision will base those decisions upon their own thinking and moral philosophy. That concept can be a determining factor in the decision-making process. An individual from California and an individual from Tennessee which is in the Bible belt will have a very different decision making process which can result in the same situation offering very different circumstances.
