Nina is the proprietor/manager of “Nina’s Aussie Cousine”, a medium-size business that manufactures and distributes kangaroo and crocodile steaks and wombat pies. She has a small shop in Sydney that does quite well, and also distributes her products to hospitality venues throughout New South Wales and Victoria. Nina is anxious to expand the business throughout whole of Australia. However, she would like to build export markets, particularly into South Asia.
