New economies emerged and institutions emerged, the world was globally getting connected. The European colonisation of the Americas began during this period along with the establishment of European trading hubs in Asia and Africa which also contributed to the spread of Christianity around the world. The area of Asia and Africa, also the native areas of America experienced the most dramatic transformation as they were getting colonised and had difficulty understanding the new process that was starting with Europe and spreading across the world.
