A leading automobile manufacturer is planning to launch an electric car in Pakistan. The company plans to offer three variants in electric cars. i.e. E- Standard Car, that uses an electric charging and based on heavy batteries useable for 120 kilometers in one charge. E- Solar Car includes various solar panels for the charging purposes. This variant will include the solar batteries which will be charged with sunlight. However the third variant named E-Premium Car will have both solar panels for charging and a range extender installed as a backup of energy. This will give customers a safe way to use electric cars in Pakistan as it has a backup extender and can be used on petrol as well.
